Joycelyn Landrum-Brown, is an Urbana resident who retired from the University of Illinois after working for 23 years. Before and now after retirement she enjoys teaching diversity and social justice classes and training students and staff to facilitate intergroup dialogues on diversity and social justice issues. In retirement, in addition to working with tech buddies and the CU Community Coalition’s Race Relations Committee, she is serving as a wisdom leader for CU trauma and resilience Initiative and as a co-chair for the NAACPCC’s education committee. For fun she likes to craft and work on scrapbooking projects
