Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Aisaiah Pellecer (He/Him) is a full-time student majoring in Information Sciences and Data Science at UIUC. Aisaiah’s involvement with organizations like UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza), MAPSCorps, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute not only enriched his experience but also provided invaluable insights into the dynamic intersection of Technology and Public Policy. Aisaiah is driven by a strong desire to continue his career in Public Interest Technology, and he has plans to pursue a Master of Information Systems Management. This educational goal will enable him to play a role in shaping a world where strategic and modernized technology serves as a bridge between legislative objectives and their tangible, real-world outcomes.
